Whistleblowing & Compliance Alerts Platform

We encourage you to use the whistleblowing and compliance alert platform which is available to AGC employees and third parties (where available and according to the legislation). You can submit your alert in an anonymous way, however, we encourage you to identify yourself so that AGC can follow-up with you as efficiently as possible. Before submitting your alert, please carefully review the list of representatives (Person of Contact and Ad Hoc Case Manager), to avoid any conflict of interest.

• For alerts exclusively related to human resources, please contact the local HR representative or management. 
• This platform is a secure method of submitting your alerts to the whistleblowing and compliance organization. We take various measures to maintain the confidentiality and safety of the personal information processed through this platform and any other methods of reporting. For these reasons, we advise that you read carefully the privacy notice applicable to whistleblowing you can find on the platform.
• The representatives of the platform will manage your alert, follow-up with you and implement any necessary measures to protect sensitive or personal information of the case. 
• You will receive a personal code to access your case file on the platform and follow-up on the investigation, PLEASE DO NOT LOSE THIS CODE as it is the only way for you to access your file.
